Electra Goes on a 'Manhunt' If you're going to call your model-search show "Manhunt," somehow it seems to make sense to get Carmen Electra to host it.That's the way we see it, anyway. So does Bravo, which has signed Electra to serve as host of "Manhunt: The Search for America's Most Gorgeous Male Model." The series, a sort of "America's Next Top Model" for dudes, is set to debut Wednesday, Oct. 13."Carmen Electra has just the right mix of energy, magnetism and fun to be the ideal host and guide for the young, novice competitors on 'Manhunt,'" Bravo President Lauren Zalaznick says. The show will reward one of its 15 man-models a one-year contract with IMG, a top international modeling agency. Along the way, the contestants will face a series of fashion-industry challenges, with some getting the boot each week.Helping to choose the winner will be Bruce Hulse, who's widely regarded as the first male supermodel -- which would make him the counterpart to "ANTM's" Janice Dickinson -- and Marisa Miller, who's appeared in the past three Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues.Electra and her husband, guitarist Dave Navarro, recently chronicled the weeks leading up to their wedding in the MTV series "'Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave." She's also appeared in "Starsky & Hutch" and "Scary Movie" and did a stint on "Baywatch" toward the end of that show's run.
